Leading-edge technologies

Fujitsu's advanced technologies and products include high-end deep submicron process technology (28nm, 40nm, 65nm, 90nm, 0.11µm, 0.18µm). Embedded memory with extremely fast access time helps to deliver the system performance required for today's SoC designs.

Large product variety

Using established CMOS process technologies, Fujitsu offers products tailored for optimised technical and commercial solutions. For example, standard cells offer the highest integration levels and performance whilst embedded arrays are suited for mid-range volume.

High-speed and standard I/Os

High-speed (up to 10Gbps) conform to industry OIF and XAUI standards. Support for standard I/O levels, whether CMOS, USB, LVTTL, LVDS, HSTL or SSTL, allows for integration of all required interfaces in today's SOC.

Fujitsu's proven design methodology uses commercial and proprietary tools to support multimillion gate hierarchical designs.

Mixed signal expertise

Fujitsu's Triple-Well CMOS technology integrates analogue and mixed-signal library components into a single system chip. Fujitsu's mixed signal expertise enables customisable DAC's, ADC's, and development of entire customer specific analogue front ends. Triple-Well Technology ensures noise immunity for diverse mixed-signal functions embedded in digital chips.

System-on-Chip implementation and IP

The Fujitsu IP portfolio, in combination with our experienced application support, enables customers to achieve right-first-time design and shorter design cycle times. Some example IP cores are:
