The ScanSnap series from Fujitsu defines the way that document scanners for the office professional and home user should look and operate, there are three models in the series; the truly portable ScanSnap S300 and ScanSnap S510 for PC users and the ScanSnap S510M for Macintosh users. Simplify your daily processes at the click of a button by converting all your documents into fully digitised format that can be stored, shared, archived and manipulated.

ScanSnap can cope with a range of document formats and will automatically recognise document sizes and crop accordingly if a batch of fed paper is of mixed sizes. Impressive scanning speeds are achievable through the user friendly ADF which can cope with a variety of documents ranging in size from business card to A4 (A3 scanning is possible with the S510 ScanSnap series) and thickness. Scanning is possible in colour or black and white as well as scanning both sides simultaneously.

Simple, intuitive scanning
A new feature of the ScanSnap range is the 'Quick Menu' function. This feature allows the user during the scan process to determine the destination of the scanned document. The Quick Menu is launched after pressing the scan button and the user can then choose to immediately send the scanned document by email, print it out, store in a particular folder or have them converted via OCR to specified applications.
