Fujitsu Releases Its Smallest Battery-Powered Thermal Printer/Cutter Mechanism

Hoofddorp, October 17, 2005 – Fujitsu Components Europe B.V. today released its smallest battery-driven thermal printer mechanism with an integrated guillotine cutter. Designed for handheld or fixed terminals, POS, medical equipment, and measuring instrumentation, the new printer is 20 percent smaller than its predecessor, the FTP-628MCL353.

Ultra-Silent, 10A Relay Provides High Insulation in a Small Package

Hoofddorp, June 23, 2005 – Fujitsu Components Europe B.V., a leading provider of electromechanical components and electronics, released a 10A power relay with a maximum noise level of 50dB for use in sophisticated consumer appliances, such as digital televisions. An internal U-shaped spring enables the relay’s low noise level even when mounted on a printed circuit board.

Fujitsu Announces RoHS-Compliant Touch Panels

Hoofddorp, June 1, 2005 – Fujitsu Components Europe B.V., a leading provider of electromechanical components and electronics, announces that it will immediately begin converting its touch panel products to RoHS lead-free compliant status to meet its customers’ environmental programs. Fujitsu Components Europe Appoints Hans Grobben as Director Marketing and Sales

Hoofddorp, April 27, 2005 – Fujitsu Components Europe B.V., a leading provider of electromechanical components and electronics, announces that Hans Grobben has been promoted director of marketing and sales within the company. Hans Grobben herewith replaces Aart Koster who decided to leave the company. Hans will concentrate on managing the European sales and marketing for the complete Fujitsu Components’ product range and he will work in close collaboration with the head quarter’s team based in Japan in order to further improve the European market situation of the company.
