- South West Trains to improve customer service in station ticket offices with help from Fujitsu
London, December 8, 2004 – South West Trains, the largest rail franchise in the UK, has signed a contract with Fujitsu Services, one of Europe's leading IT services companies, to install and manage Fujitsu's new STAR ticket issuing systems in 150 of its stations.
