Specification -Scanner Central Admin Console Window QA3-

Q3. What is the status of the scanner when the version number of the driver for managing scanner is displayed “Not Support” on the Scanner Detail window?
A3. “Not Support” is displayed if at least one of the version numbers of the installed driver is not supported. Take either of the following actions:

  • Update the driver to the latest version
  • Uninstall the unsupported driver

Refer to Readme in Scanner Central Admin Agent to check the version number of the driver which Scanner Center Admin supports.
