This may be caused because WINASPI32.DLL (32 bit version) or WINASPI.DLL (16 bit version) has not been installed yet or has been deleted.

How to recover this problem
You can find these files in the floppy disc attached to the SCSI card or in EZ-SCSI (Pro) provided by Adaptec.
Please install “WINASPI32.DLL” when you use 32-bit version, or “WINASPI.DLL” when you use 16-bit version.
