Lightening the load on HR departments will be the focus of TDS’ exhibit at the “Zukunft Personal” trade fair. At this event in Cologne from September 22 to 24, 2009, TDS will present a broad range of software and services. The main topic showcased at the booth (B.15 in hall 4.1) will be end-to-end business processes outsourcing in human resource management. This includes everything from payroll accounting to personnel administration and travel-expense management, to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
Recruitment Process Outsourcing holds significant potential
The current global economic situation is generating increasing demand for recruitment-related outsourcing services. With more and more people looking for jobs, the number of applicants for vacancies is rising sharply, creating additional administration work for businesses. This is where RPO comes in: by outsourcing time-consuming processes like application management, companies are able to concentrate on more strategic HR tasks.
TDS’ RPO offering encompasses all administration tasks relating to the application process – from developing and placing job advertisements, to communications with applicants and shortlisting applications in line with specified criteria, to arranging interviews, and planning and carrying out assessment centres. As well as reducing the workload for their HR departments, companies also benefit from lower costs, since service providers are able to leverage economies of scale.
