FRDC论文被OECC’8录用

上海，2003年10月13日~16日 — FRDC研究员参加了在上海召开的OECC’8(8th OptoElectronics and Communications Conference)会议，陶振宁等作者撰写的题为“2x40 Gbit/s Polarization Division Multiplexing with Bit Slot Synchronization” 论文被录用，由陶振宁在会场作了报告。
