横滨，2002年7月9日 — 2002年7月8日至12日在日本横滨召开的OECC’7(7th OptoElectronics and Communications Conference)会议上，FRDC研究员陶振宁等作者撰写的题为“2 x 40Gbit/s Polarization Division Multiplexing —— Tolerance to Chromatic— and Polarization Mode Dispersion”论文被录用为Post Session，由株式会社富士通研究所Rasmussen先生代为出席。
