說明
MB96300 系列基於富士通先進的16FX 架構(16位元,採用指令流水線,可實現類似RISC的性能),CPU使用的指令集與現有的16LX 系列相同——可輕鬆實現從16LX 向新型16FX 產品的軟體移植。與上一代產品相比,16FX實現了大幅度的性能提升——即使在相同的工作頻率下,也可降低功耗和縮短啟動時間。
為了在優化功耗條件下實現最高處理速度,可選擇使用內部的PLL,使得外部4MHz諧振器為CPU提供內部高達56MHz 的工作頻率。由此可使最小指令週期降為17.8ns,也可獲得優異的EMI 性能。晶片內的一個時鐘調製電路可顯著降低頻譜中的發射峰值。發射功率可由晶片內的調壓器降低至最低限度,該調壓器可降低內部CPU電壓。功能靈活的時鐘可提供不同於CPU速度的工作頻率給週邊資源。
