Wafer Foundry Service
Fujitsu has offered wafer foundry services since the 1980s, through which it has delivered original LSI technologies to
numerous customers. Now, we have led the world in offering leading-edge 90nm CMOS technologies. We also supply advanced
high-speed digital technologies and highprecision analog technologies for various applications, from stateof- the-art microprocessors
to LSIs for audio use. Exploiting our strengths as an integrated device manufacturer, we provide a full range of foundry
services that extend beyond standard mask and wafer fabrication to include wafer testing, assembly, and LSI testing. To
provide customers with prototypes at low cost, we also offer SiExpressTM, a multi-project wafer testing system, as well as a manufacturing information service that provides timely information
from fabrication facilities to customers.
SiExpressTM:
a means of manufacturing multiple types of IC on the same wafer by mounting multiple types of IC on a single mask (abbreviation
of "Silicon Express")
