What is FCRAM?

FCRAM (Fast Cycle RAM) is a Fujitsu' s original RAM core architecture featuring low power and high performance.

The FCRAM core architecture has been applied to two FCRAM product families as ASMs (Application Specific Memories): Mobile FCRAM and Consumer FCRAM.
