Fujitsu F²MC-8L Family MCU is built around an efficient CPU Core, which is high speed, yet low power. It has a variety of peripheral functions such as LCD Controllers, A/D Converters, 8bit / 16bit timers, Remote Control Transmission Output, Buzzer Output, UART, PWM Timers, External Interrupts and etc. The 8bit MCU is applicable to a wide range of applications such as Air-Con, Remote Controllers, Digital / Compact Cameras, PDAs, Refrigerator, Washing Machines, Toaster, Car / Home Security System and etc.

F²MC-8FX Microcontrollers

The new code compatible F²MC-8FX series features an improved instruction set including enhanced multiply/division instructions. Automotive applications are facilitated by the on-chip LIN function supporting master/slave operation as well as LIN sync break detection and generation.

The implementation of a dual operation FLASH memory supports a boot loader implementation as well as the cost effective emulation of an on-chip EEPROM by simultaneously executing program code while erasing/writing one of the Data Flash sectors
