ASSP Phase Locked Loop
SL Series
Both the Single PLLs and Dual PLLs are fabricated using Fujitsu’s BICMOS technology. They feature low phase and spurious noise
suitable for digital mobile applications. At 2.7V, the supply current exhibited by Single PLL is typically 2.0mA while it
is 3.0mA for Dual PLL. Available in SSOP16 and BCC16 packaging, the latter is a proprietary miniature packaging that offers
board space saving.
SP Series
The Dual PLLs are fabricated using Fujitsu’s BICMOS technology. It operates up to 2.5GHz and current supplies typically 2.7mA
at 2.7V. Packaged in TSSOP20 and BCC20, the latter has a 30% mount area decrease compared to BCC16 for Dual PLL.
UL Series
These Fast + Super Low PLLs exhibits faster lock up time than SP series. They are available in small and thin package BCC20,
3.4x3.6x0.6mm.
C Series
A low cost semi-custom, mask-programmable Super PLL that uses 0.35um CMOS technology. It is ideal for battery-operated mobile
applications.
