Fujitsu Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (FMC) was established in August 2003 as Fujitsu's semiconductor business representative in China. Headquartered in Shanghai, it has branch offices in Beijing and Shenzhen to provide sales and service support to customers throughout China. FMC offers an extensive range of products from microcontroller, application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), application-specific standard product (ASSP), system-on-chip (SoC) to system memory, that can be supplied as product or complete solution. Due to major expansion, Fujitsu Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (FMC) is now looking for qualified professionals to fill up the following positions.

Job Title

Senior Product Engineer (ASIC&COT)

Responsibilities:

• Working with Marketing/Sales/Design Center team to provide timely technical support to achieve the design win target.
• Ensure smooth, on-time implementation of ASIC/COT projects by tracking schedule and following up technical issues / action items from design in to prototype delivery.
• Coordinating and driving headquarter to provide the technical solutions, including IP, tools, design flow, process etc. to improve the local customer’s satisfaction.
• Management and tracking of the documents, library, IP and other technical related database for each customer.
• Market and competitors’ technical information collection, research and analysis, including process, IP and design methodology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electronic Engineering is required.
• Hard working and team player.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and oral).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Flexibility mind and cute business sense.
• 5 years working experience at least in multinational companies of Semiconductor/Electronic industry.
• Good understanding of marketing, account management and customer service.
• SOC/Analog Circuit development experience with Cadence/Synopsys logic and physic design tools.
• Full experience of IP development or support, knowledge for both IP itself and related applications, like ARM, USB, SATA, PCI-E, DDR, ADC/DAC, PLL, HSIO etc.
