Fujitsu Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (FMC) was established in August 2003 as Fujitsu's semiconductor business representative in China. Headquartered in Shanghai, it has branch offices in Beijing and Shenzhen to provide sales and service support to customers throughout China. FMC offers an extensive range of products from microcontroller, application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), application-specific standard product (ASSP), system-on-chip (SoC) to system memory, that can be supplied as product or complete solution. Due to major expansion, Fujitsu Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (FMC) is now looking for qualified professionals to fill up the following positions.

Job Title

Assistant Marketing Manager(STB)

Responsibilities:

• Defines plans and carries out the strategy necessary for maximizing sales, market shares and margins;
• Provides promotion of products, pricing and technical support for the sales force and customers;
• Use his/her knowledge of the market and technical skills to identify new opportunities in collaboration with the sales force and to propose the most appropriate technical solutions for the customers' needs;
• Interfaces with the Product Divisions, Facilitates the technical presentation of new products to the customers and to the sales force. Trains distributors/customers and sales force. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results;
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
• Have at least 3~5 years experience in STB or DTV industry;
• Have at least 4~6 years experience in product marketing for STB/DTV or other related products;
• Skills are required for marketing and designing all the industrial products for STB;
• Able to manage a team of marketing engineers, visit customers, discuss their application, select the optimum parts for that application, and supply support;
• Achieve quarterly budget, manage orders to factory, price strategy, inventory and promotion activities;
• Good reporting and negotiation skill;
• Should have strong leadership and able to motivate his/her team to achieve goals;
• Good communication skill and can speak well in Chinese and English; able to speak Japanese will be an added advantage;
• Good technical knowledge will be an added advantage.
