Headquartered in Shanghai, it has branch offices in Beijing and Shenzhen to provide sales and service support to customers throughout China. FMC offers an extensive range of products from microcontroller, application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), application-specific standard product (ASSP), system-on-chip (SoC) to system memory, that can be supplied as product or complete solution. Due to major expansion, Fujitsu Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (FMC) is now looking for qualified professionals to fill up the following positions.

Job Title

(Senior) Engineer – IC Physical Implementation

Job Description:

1. Physical design from Netlist to GDSII which typical tasks include Logic/SDC Rule check, Design for Testability, Floorplan, CTS, Place and Route, Static Timing Analysis and Test vector generation/simulation.
2. Primarily focus on 90nm and 65nm process technologies and design methodologies.
3. Leading System-on-Chip layout project as a project leader.
4. Report and support engineering manager for entire design work as a senior staff.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in electronic engineering or related field.
2. 5 more year experience on physical design including more than 2 years SoC layout project experience as a project leader.
3. Good logic/DFT circuit knowledge and CMOS technology background.
4. Good Script programming skill with C-shell/Peal/Tcl is required.
5. Dedicated and hard working with good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. English writing and speaking are required.
7. Self motivated to learn new technology and methodology.
