Winner Announcement of 2007 Fujitsu Microelectronics Cup 8FX Series MCU Design Contest
Shanghai, April 1, 2008 — Fujitsu Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. declares today that, after one year’s fierce competition, the final winner list of the second Fujitsu Microelectronics Cup 8FX Series MCU Design Contest has been publicly announced in the award ceremony held on March 28th, 2008, Shanghai. Through serious and careful review made by the judges committee, in the contest area of mainland,6 teams have been awarded with the third prize and above, and 8 teams have got the winning prize. In the contest area of Taiwan, 6 teams have been screened out to win the titles of champion, second place and third place respectively, and 7 teams have got the winning prize. All the winners and representatives of the excellent tutors have come to Shanghai to participate in the award ceremony, who have been awarded with the high bonus and cup by the hosting company. After this contest, all the college students expressed that they have acquired profound and complete understanding of 8FX series MCU of Fujitsu Microelectronics through attending the preparation meeting before this contest and receiving the technical instruction provided by the engineers of Fujitsu Microelectronics. What’s more important is that this contest makes an opportunity for most student contestants to begin to contact the Fujitsu IC and development platform, to understand the functions and features of the 8FX Series MCU of Fujitsu Microelectronics deeper and better, and to help them to generate the inspiration to design the more humanized interfaces as well as the low-power consumption application. The series of the MCU contestants hosted by Fujitsu Microelectronics mainly aims to attract the college students as well as other people from the society on the both sides across the Taiwan Strait, and its goal is to lead and drive the development and popularization of Fujitsu MCU in the fields of design technology and application.
