EWKLP教学说明

EWKLP(East-West Knowledge Leaders Program)是一个为期三个月的课程,目的是使学习者具有敏锐的国际商务头脑,通过学习坚实的理论基础,结合实践经验的学习,学习者可以轻松面对国际商务中的各种复杂情况。

增强您作为一个全球商务人士的能力和考虑问题的周全性是我们的目标。EWKLP通过整体而完善的课程设置让您在现今的交互依存的经济体中成为更有执行力的领导人

我们设置的课程会让你成为出类拔萃的商务人士。大多数的课程将在一周内教授完毕。上课时间一般安排在上午,下午一般安排组内讨论或个人研修。

为了完成EWKLP课程的学习,并且取得毕业证书,所有的学员必须完成以下的课程,并且每门课的平均分在3.0以上。

课程设置

  • Knowledge Management and Innovation:
    Appreciation for the knowledge-creating process and its impact on creativity and innovation for competitive positioning.
  • Strategy in Emerging Markets:
    Analysis of strategy formulation by firms for competing in the global economic environment with particular focus on emerging markets such as China, India, and Russia.
  • Corporate Finance and Capital Markets:
    Understanding capital market and financial institutions and other global financing mechanisms.
  • Art of Negotiation:
    Strategies for conducting successful negotiations and dispute resolutions in international business transactions.
  • Collaborative Teams:
    Strategies for successfully managing culturally diverse teams for innovation and competitive edge.
  • Marketing Management:
    Principles and assessment of marketing strategies for global competition.
  • Leadership and Ethics:
    Fundamentals of leadership and appreciation for leading others to effective performance, and assessment of ethics in leadership situations.
  • Business Law:
    Study of law related to foreign corporations and subsidiaries doing business in the global market.
  • Economic and Financial Environment of Global Business:
    Application of analytical tools for understanding of economic and financial events that have affected global business.
  • Hawaii in the Global Society:
    Understanding of the history and culture of Hawaii, and its role in the global arena.
  • Special Topics:
    Series of lectures, site visits, and team building activities in several key areas of doing business in the United States: corporate citizenship, cultural sensitivity, entrepreneurship, interpersonal skills, and preparing for international assignments.
