概要介绍

富士通奖学金项目创始于1985年，是富士通为了纪念公司成立50周年而设立的回馈社会的公益奖学金。只要是在校成绩和英文水平达到一定标准的大学毕业生，在全职工作满3年后，均可申请这一奖学金。为了能给真正的中国精英更多的机会，今年的选择条件可能要求更严，往年刚够资格的人可能会落选。奖学金获得者将在夏威夷的JAIMS研究所进修国际跨文化管理学课程。

这是一个密集式的研修课程，侧重于美国商业原则及方式，同时探讨全球商业及跨文化议题。学员通过在夏威夷的实体课程并在日本实习一周后可以获得结业证书。与此同时，JAIMS也为学员提供在美国、日本及中国知名企业中珍贵的实习资格。到目前为止，JAIMS已经培养了来自50个不同国家的超过20,000名学员。创办者的理念是：持续向亚太地区经理人提供教育培训，使他们在现今的交互依存的经济体中成为更有执行力的领导人，以促进亚太区经济和人文的发展。该奖学金创立以来，已经培养出了一大批30岁左右的国际型商业人才。

最新奖学金信息

2010年~2011年的课程是EWKLP（East-West Knowledge Leaders Program）。这是一个为期三个月的课程，目的是使学习者具有敏锐的国际商务头脑，通过学习坚实的理论基础，结合实践经验的学习，学习者可以轻松面对国际商务中的各种复杂情况。

• 本期奖学金申请期限：2009年11月16日 ~ 2010年3月19日
• 本期课程学习时间：2010年秋季入学，2010年10月11日 ~ 2011年1月6日
• 本期奖学金面试安排：
  
  • 时间：约在2010年4月后半期，具体日期直接通知给入选人员
  • 地点：申请人必须亲自到北京参加面试

入选资格

• 大学本科毕业，有学士学位，不限专业
• 大学期间学习平均成绩是 A 或 B+（在年级排前25%）
• 英语水平的要求
  
  • TOEFL成绩：577 / 233 / 90 （笔考/机考/网考）以上；
  • TOEIC：750分以上
  • IELTS（学术类）：平均分6.5以上
  • 以上成绩必须在2007年1月到2009年1月之间取得
  • 英语免考条例：符合以下条件者，可以免考英语，无需提交英语成绩。
    Applicants who received a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree with at least two years of full-time coursework within the last five years from a regionally accredited institution in the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, or New Zealand; or from a university in Canada, Africa or Singapore, where English is the language of instruction are exempt from taking the TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS.
• 提出申请时，至少有三年全职工作经验，五年以上工作经验者更佳
• 中国地区的申请者必须是中国的常驻公民

奖学金详情

富士通奖学金包括学习EWKLP课程的学费，同时，还包括了学习期间的其他费用。

• 学习EWKLP课程的学费
• 必要的生活费：来自以下国家和地区的申请者不能申领月度生活费：澳大利亚，夏威夷，香港，新西兰，新加坡，韩国，台湾。
• 往返机票：富士通公司向奖学金获得者提供从所属国家到美国火奴鲁鲁的往返机票。
• 健康保险：富士通公司向奖学金获得者提供在JAIMS学习期间的健康医疗保险。
• 住宿协助：JAIMS 将协助所有学员确定在火奴鲁鲁的住宿。富士通公司将提供并支付学员在日本实习期间的住宿。

EWKLP教学说明

EWKLP（East-West Knowledge Leaders Program）是一个为期三个月的课程，目的是使学习者具有敏锐的国际商务头脑，通过学习坚实的理论基础，结合实践经验的学习，学习者可以轻松面对国际商务中的各种复杂情况。

增强您作为一个全球商务人士的能力和考虑问题的周全性是我们的目标。EWKLP通过整体而完善的课程设置让您在现今的交互依存的经济体中成为更有执行力的领导人

我们设置的课程会让你成为出类拔萃的商务人士。大多数的课程将在一周内教授完毕。上课时间一般安排在上午，下午一般安排组内讨论或个人研修。

为了完成EWKLP课程的学习，并且取得毕业证书，所有的学员必须完成以下的课程，并且每门课的平均分在3.0以上。

• Knowledge Management and Innovation:
  Appreciation for the knowledge-creating process and its impact on creativity and innovation for competitive positioning.
• Strategy in Emerging Markets:
  Analysis of strategy formulation by firms for competing in the global economic environment with particular focus on emerging markets such as China, India, and Russia.
• Corporate Finance and Capital Markets:
  Understanding capital market and financial institutions and other global financing mechanisms.
• Art of Negotiation:
  Strategies for conducting successful negotiations and dispute resolutions in international business transactions.
• Collaborative Teams:
  Strategies for successfully managing culturally diverse teams for innovation and competitive edge.
• Marketing Management:
  Principles and assessment of marketing strategies for global competition.
• Leadership and Ethics:
  Fundamentals of leadership and appreciation for leading others to effective performance, and assessment of ethics in leadership situations.
• Business Law:
  Study of law related to foreign corporations and subsidiaries doing business in the global market.
• Economic and Financial Environment of Global Business:
  Application of analytical tools for understanding of economic and financial events that have affected global business.
• Hawaii in the Global Society:
  Understanding of the history and culture of Hawaii, and its role in the global arena.
• Special Topics:
  Series of lectures, site visits, and team building activities in several key areas of doing business in the United States: corporate citizenship, cultural sensitivity, entrepreneurship, interpersonal skills, and preparing for international assignments.

筛选流程

• Initial screening
  Initial screening is based on the strength of the application, which includes meeting the admission qualifications.
• Interview
  Applicants who pass the initial screening will be contacted for an interview at a designated date in April or May 2009. Applicants should be residing in their respective countries of citizenship (or in Hawaii for Hawaii residents) at the time of their interview.
• Selection of recipients
  
  • Final selection will be determined by Fujitsu Limited.
  • Selection is based on English proficiency (for non-native speakers of English), work experience, motivation, goals as expressed in the essay and interview, academic performance, and test scores. A key factor is the individual's commitment to contributing to the mutual understanding and cooperation between countries and to the development of his/her home country. However, no single attribute outweighs others in the selection process, and strengths in one area may be used to offset weaknesses in another.
