DAC - High Performance Data Converters

Fujitsu offers two high-speed, low-power CMOS DACs. Both the 12-bit, 400Msa/s DAC and the 16-bit, 100Msa/s DAC are fabricated using Fujitsu’s 0.35-micron CMOS process for low power consumption. An advanced 14-bit, 1Gsa/s DAC is the latest addition to Fujitsu's family of high-performance ASSP DACs.

PLL

Fujitsu provides a broad range of PLLs, which set new performance standards, including low power consumption and excellent noise reduction.

Power Management IC

A part of Fujitsu's telecom IC product offering, the PMIC product line offers several devices to address the stringent requirements of diverse applications.
