Customers who prefer a COT engagement model have access to Fujitsu’s advanced 90nm and 65nm CMOS processes technologies and application-optimized design IPs. These processes, manufactured on 300mm wafers in our fabrication facilities in Mie, Japan, can accommodate up to 12 metal layers and special analog and RF modules to meet the requirements of the most complex designs.

Fujitsu’s extensive IP portfolio, including processor cores, high-speed interfaces and a large set of PLL, ADC and DAC macros, are the building blocks that enable customers to tape out products for the most challenging consumer, computation and communication applications.

To support the growing demand for personal imaging products, Fujitsu has developed a family of leading-edge liquid crystal-on-silicon (LCOS) processes. These processes employ highly reflective, small-pixel-gap mirror technology to produce the brightest and most vivid images for applications such as electronic view finders, head mounted displays and pico projectors.
