Fujitsu's Triple-Well CMOS process technology provides a high level of digital-to-analog noise isolation, enabling designers to integrate analog and mixed-signal components into a single, high-performance digital chip.
Fujitsu's macro library offers both general and special-purpose analog and mixed-signal blocks, including:
- PLLs
- A/D and D/A converters
- Vref, voltage reg circuits
- Analog switches
- Op-Amps and comparators
