MB89P560 Device series has on chip LCDC and is intended for low cost simple segmented/alphanumeric display applications like in sensors, transducers, detectors, digital clocks, watches, microwave oven, CD player, pagers etc.

DESCRIPTION

The demo board shows the capabilities of the F2MC-8L family MB89560 series. It is intended for low cost, low power and small information message display purpose. This demo board makes use of MB89P568PFV-101. It is an OTP device having on chip LCDC. Instead of OTP device, if foot print conversion adapter is mounted, board can be used along with Fujistu's In-Circuit Emulators for development and debugging purpose. Software was written in order to provide the user with some easy to start algorithms for LCDC, ADC, Watch prescalar, low power mode, PPG and external interrupts. User can download the sample project file provided below.
