DESCRIPTION

The MB95140 series (OBOE series) has been developed as a general-purpose version of the F2MC*-8FX family consisting of proprietary 8-bit single-chip microcontrollers. In addition to a compact instruction set, the OBOE series is general-purpose; single-chip microcontrollers with embedded a wide range of internal peripheral functions.
