DESCRIPTION

MB89800 series is a line of single-chip microcontrollers using the F²MC-8L* CPU core which can operate at low voltage but at high speed. In addition to an LCD controller/driver allowing 240-pixel display the microcontrollers contain a variety of peripheral functions such as timers, a UART, a serial interface, and an external interrupt. The configuration of the MB89800 series is therefore best suited to control of LCD display panel.

*: F²MC stands for FUJITSU Flexible Microcontroller.

  • Stop mode (Oscillation stops to minimize the current consumption.)
  • Sleep mode (The CPU stops to reduce the current consumption to approx. 1/3 of normal.)
