DESCRIPTION
Fujitsu's F²MC8L microcontrollers offer a wide range of peripheral functions and memory sizes and options to suit most applications. Over 30 device series are available, incorporating features such as A/D and D/A converters, LCD and VFD drivers, I²C and UART interfaces, AC and Stepper Motor drivers. Each series offers a variety of memory sizes from 4KB ROM and 128B RAM at the lowest end to 60KB ROM and 3KB RAM at the highest. All series have a choice of mask ROM sizes and at least one member with One-Time Programmable EPROM. Some also have ROMless types.
