FCRAM™
Fujitsu’s application-specific memory products, such as Fast Cycle RAM (FCRAM), enable high-speed data transfer with low power consumption and are ideal for a wide range of applications. The Fujitsu Consumer FCRAM family, featuring a low power SDRAM interface, is suited for the digital consumer electronics market. The Fujitsu Mobile FCRAM family, featuring a pseudo SRAM interface, is suited for the wireless mobile market.
FRAM
Fujitsu offers FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory), which is non-volatile but operates in all other respects as RAM. Compared to other types of non-volatile memory such as EEPROM or Flash, FRAM features fast-write and high-write endurance, as well as low power consumption.
