Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc.
Fujitsu and Reflexis Systems, Inc. Form a Sales and Marketing Partnership
New York, NY, January 16, 2006 — Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. and Reflexis Systems Inc., the leader in workforce management software, have formed a partnership under which Fujitsu will resell Reflexis solutions and integrate the company’s enterprise applications with its own software, services and hardware offerings.
Specifically, the companies will jointly develop a go-to-market strategy including identifying target customers and executing various co-marketing programs for Reflexis Workforce Management solutions. Reflexis Systems is the pioneer and leader of Enterprise Execution Management systems that help retailers institutionalize operational excellence at every store.
Fujitsu will seamlessly integrate these solutions into its GlobalSTORE application and Pervasive RetailingTM Framework (PRF), a newly announced, unified set of software, tools and services that enables real-time retailing interoperability. Fujitsu’s PRF helps retailers minimize the time, risk and costs of creating interoperability between disparate applications and devices – even in legacy settings where multiple platforms from numerous vendors are typically deployed.
"Integrating Reflexis’ solutions with our Pervasive Retailing Framework expands the breadth of our software portfolio with one of the industry’s hottest applications," said Austen Mulinder, president and CEO of Fujitsu Transaction Solutions. "Reflexis’ leading workforce management solutions and strong momentum make them a perfect partner for Fujitsu."
"Fujitsu’s extensive field sales force and pre-built integration points to Fujitsu applications will help us extend the reach of our offering," said Prashanth Palakurthi, chairman and CEO of Reflexis Systems. "Leveraging Fujitsu’s Pervasive Retailing Framework will enable our customers to easily integrate our solutions to their existing applications and devices."
