Fujitsu Hosts Expert Panel Live from Washington, D.C. to Discuss Broadband Stimulus Application Strategies

Washington, DC, April 22, 2009 — President Barack Obama signed the $787B American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) on February 17, 2009, which includes an allocation of more than $7B for broadband initiatives. Despite an unprecedented level of public outreach, thus far, specific grant requirements remain to be finalized.

Fujitsu Network Communications, a leading supplier of innovative optical and wireless networking solutions, will host a free live video broadcast from Washington, D.C., to discuss selection criteria and application strategies for the two broadband-related programs.

This live panel discussion will feature experts and practitioners with years of Washington policy experience discussing significant elements of each agency’s selection criteria.
