Edison, NJ, August 28, 2003 — CRM Magazine has awarded Fujitsu Consulting the distinction of "CRM Consultant One to Watch" at CRM Magazine’s 2003 CRM Leader Awards held during the Digital Consulting Institute’s Customer Relationship Management Conference and Exposition, August 26 through 28 at the Jacob K Javits Convention Center in New York City.
The CRM Leader awards recognize superior performance in several categories, including ROI (Return On Investment), excellence in customer companies, individual achievement, and vendor leadership. Fujitsu Consulting received its award based on key criteria including brand-name clients, global reach, and share of the CRM services market.
