(“Fujitsu”) announced today that they have filed a patent infringement lawsuit this morning against Tellabs, Inc. and Tellabs Operations, Inc. (“Tellabs”) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Fujitsu seeks monetary damages and an injunction against Tellabs’ future infringement of Fujitsu’s patents.
