Edison, NJ and Minneapolis, MN, May 2, 2005 – Fujitsu Consulting, part of Fujitsu's global software and services business, and BORN, a leading business and technology consulting firm headquartered in Minneapolis, Minn., today announced that they have signed a definitive agreement under which Fujitsu Consulting will acquire the capital stock of BORN. The agreement is subject to closing conditions and is expected to be completed within 30 to 45 days. Additional terms were not disclosed.

- Fujitsu Consulting Expands BPO Capability with Cendera
Edison, NJ, March 16, 2005 – Fujitsu Consulting today announced that it has expanded its telecommunications outsourcing capabilities through the addition of Dallas, Texas-based Cendera Technologies, a company dedicated to delivery of professional services and custom software solutions. Under the terms of the agreement Fujitsu Consulting has acquired assets of Cendera, along with its veteran staff of telecommunications software developers and operational support systems (OSS) specialists. The deal significantly enhances Fujitsu’s existing business process outsourcing (BPO) capabilities, providing the firm with even greater expertise in the telecommunications industry.
