Fujitsu Appoints Tetsuo Urano as Interim President and CEO of Fujitsu Consulting

Fujitsu Consulting to maximize opportunities for continued growth under new leadership

Fujitsu Consulting, the North America consulting and services arm of Fujitsu Limited, today announced that Tetsuo Urano the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fujitsu Consulting has also been appointed as the company’s interim President and CEO. Mr. Urano replaces John Rose, who has left the company. In his role as Chairman, Mr. Urano has been directly involved in the company’s current strategic direction and the development of its operational capabilities. In taking on the additional roles of Interim President and CEO, he will now provide day-to-day leadership until a successor is appointed.
