Appointment of Yves Le Gélard as General Manager of Fujitsu Services Continental Europe

Brussels, 23 April 2008 — Yves Le Gélard, 48 years old, diploma HEC, who is in charge of the Fujitsu Services merger & acquisitions programme, has been promoted to the position of General Manager of Fujitsu Services Continental Europe

His mission will be to manage all the company’s activities in Continental Europe and to execute Fujitsu group strategy. He retains his responsibility for merger & acquisitions activity in Europe.

Fujitsu Services Continental Europe operational headquarters will be located in France.

Following the acquisition of TDS in Germany and Mandator AB in Sweden, Fujitsu Services plans to continue its dynamic acquisitions policy for continental Europe.

Yves Le Gélard will be in the management team of David Courtley, Chief Executive of Fujitsu Services. He succeeds Andrew MacNaughton who becomes Managing Director of the public sector business unit in the United Kingdom.

Before joining Fujitsu Services in 2006, Yves Le Gélard worked for Cap Gemini and IBM where he was in charge of several areas including the outsourcing business.
