Solutions Leadership & Solutions Design
The Solution Leadership and Solution Design groups are the Centres of Excellence and source of best practice for solution design and technical architecture across the Enterprise. We operate across the UK, EMEA and Nordic organisations to provide consistency in developing customer based solutions. Together we provide detailed designs in support of bids and account projects and provide solution leaders (architects) for bids and accounts.
Business Consulting
Business Consulting is a strong, vibrant group that supports the growth and development of our business by ensuring that we understand, engage and deliver to our clients’ business agenda. The group helps clients to realise their objectives through our Value Governance, Transformation and Lean consulting services. We apply these capabilities to key functional areas in the clients business incorporating our expert sector knowledge. We can show clients how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their services in the front, middle and back offices of their organisation.
Our Value Governance approach ensures that the clients get optimal value and minimised risk. Our Transformation approach means that they realise their change objectives from a proven, co-ordinated set of transformation processes. Our Lean consulting approach is built on Fujitsu’s award winning Sense and Respond approach which is linked to business and financial outcomes, and is driven by the creation of a continuous improvement culture within the operation itself. Our functional consulting services review all aspects of service delivery, including organisation, process, performance and technology to determine areas for improvement against industry standard benchmarks and good practice principles. We design new or revised delivery models (eg. shared services and BPO) and ways of working to deliver both efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
Programme & Project Management
P&PM services will encompass a wide range of different programme/project types and a comprehensive range of management and support functions. Project and Programme Management enables clients to realise their business goals by ensuring that Fujitsu's commitments are delivered to time, cost and quality. Our professional Programme and Project Managers work with the stakeholders to realise their visions and ensure that the benefits they are seeking to achieve are realised. Using Fujitsu's Best Practise experience combined with industry standard methods our collective knowledge and experience is used to benefit our customers and deliver quicker, with greater efficiency and reduced risks.
Our people are specialists in IT services, in a wide variety of market places and geographies and are supported by a set of specialist skills that are well versed in the Project environment. We actively take on and manage the delivery risk allowing our customers to concentrate on their core business.
Our Project and Programme Managers partner with our customers to initiate, plan, manage, control and ultimately deliver projects and programmes. P&PM Project Professionals and Operation Managers support the Project and Programme management function with timely and reliable information & decision support tools to enable both Fujitsu and our customer to achieve our contracted outcomes.
Application Services
Application Managed Services provide a total application lifecycle service managing delivery against a customer’s time, cost and technology requirements. This lifecycle service includes initial requirements capture, through application design, development and validation and then the ongoing provision of the application support service to the end user.
Fujitsu provide application services that span the design, development and support of highly business critical and secure applications enabling many European businesses to function. Fujitsu are also particularly good in outsourcing application services and our related staff retention rate is high within the industry as a whole.
Infrastructure Services
Infrastructure Services provide network server hosting and Data Centre Managed Services to multiple clients across 10 Data Centres across the UK/EMEA & Nordic. Infrastructure Services provide resilient managed services to a very high standard and Deliver Impeccable Service.
Technology & Innovation
Technology act as an agent of change for the way Fujitsu Services delivers business and ensures the most appropriate technologies are deployed for Fujitsu and our customers.
Customer Services
Customer Services is the front line operation for Fujitsu Services customers that supports in excess of 1000 customers, interacting both on-site and remotely, 7 million times a year. With a track record of delivering high levels of service and industry recognition, we are responsible for delivering call centre, break-fix, Deskside, exchange and project services. Customer Services are proud of the Industry Recognition for both its training and Sense and Respond.

Induction
Those first few weeks are key. Joining a new business can be quite daunting. People are used to certain ways of doing things, they know who to turn to and when. Then they find themselves in a new environment with new systems, processes and people.
At Fujitsu Service we recognise this and have put together a structured induction process which is tailored to individual needs. We want to make the transition as easy as possible, which gives each new joiner every opportunity to settle into their new role and feel part of the Fujitsu family.
Fujitsu Experience
A one day practical, interactive and informative event that has been designed to give a taster of what it is like to be part of Fujitsu focusing on the culture and values of our organisation and provides the opportunity to meet with other new joiners and network with people from across all areas of Fujitsu Services.
Fujitsu Induction
A half-day session designed to share information about the organisation which is more locally geared and helps show how a new joiner how their role fits into the bigger picture.

An area on our intranet that is easily accessible. Providing the tools and information to assist new joiners and includes a handy A-Z guide to Fujitsu Services.
Personal Development Plan
Each employee is encouraged to develop a PDP in conjunction with their Manager. Its principle focus is to provide a structured forum to help ensure an individual realises their potential through company supported personal development plan.
Invest in Yourself
Invest in yourself is a “one-stop” shop designed to support an individuals development needs. It contains a raft of information and tips and hints on how to successfully develop your career within Fujitsu Services including all the training programmes that are available to you. Fujitsu have developed a consistent framework for developing your skills and competences.
