Service Delivery Management
A role in the Service Delivery Management team allows you to work closely with our customers. You’ll take responsibility for delivering business-critical services to our customers through your team of professional people, always ensuring we meet customer demands and deliver everything promised in the service contract.
Customer Service
Joining the Customer Service team gives you the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into customer service delivery and our mobile engineering business. The role is what you make of it, potentially growing to include team management, as well as the scoping and development of new services and business processes.
Project Management
Our Project Managers are responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest quality delivery, on time and within budget. You will create and manage work plans for all aspects of a project, from designing and building a solution, through to its installation and testing.
Software Design & Development
You’ll have a keen interest in software design and development as you’ll be responsible for analysing and articulating customer requirements, before designing and delivering solutions to meet their specific needs.
Business Consulting
In this client-facing role, Business Consulting allows you to contribute to important new business bid activity. You’ll also be involved in requirement and systems analysis and research.

Your graduate programme
Fujitsu is recruiting of the highest calibre graduates. When selecting candidates, we’re looking for people who will bring their own personalities and skills to the role. Graduates who are willing to learn and challenge themselves; honest people, who are professional and can communicate well. People with determination, belief and enthusiasm, and who reflect our straightforward, common sense approach.
First steps
Our recruitment process (is fun but rigorous, ensuring that you’re the right fit for Fujitsu - and that we’re the right fit for you. Once selected, you will embark on a thorough development programme where you’ll be working and collaborating with people across many areas of our business.
Structured development
Fujitsu’s International Graduate Development
Programme takes 18 months to complete, during which time you’ll be encouraged to gain certain key business skills. You will
be given commercial training, helping you see the bigger picture and make decisions which put the customer first. You will
be
taught how to harness your skills so that you can contribute to, and benefit, the entire team. You will be asked to examine
your own core skills and interests and you’ll be given the opportunity to develop those which enable you to have the biggest
impact at Fujitsu.
The programme will differ according to each individual and their role, but there are certain modules all graduates must undertake:

If the technical interview went well, we invite you for an interview at our HR department
Step 6
If the HR interview went well, Fujitsu Services offers you a contract and you can join our junior program.
