Display Warranty Information

Distributors and dealers of Fujitsu monitors will provide their customers with a warranty equal in duration to that of the manufacturer's warranty period. The duration of the manufacturer's warranty period varies according to each specific model monitor sold. Please note that the backlight for all LCD TFT monitor will attract a 12-month warranty only across all models.

Warranty is subject to Fujitsu's standard 24 months and 36 months waranty terms and conditions.

How to place a claim for warranty

Australia - Warranty claims for Fujitsu monitors in Australia are to be made through Fujitsu's appointed warranty agent BP Computer Services:

New Zealand - Warranty claims for Fujitsu monitors in New Zealand are to be made through the following warranty service providers:

Through an appointed warranty service provider, Fujitsu will service and or provide end users with a replacement for a Fujitsu monitor that has failed to perform as per the manufacturer's user guide. Fujitsu Australia Limited reserves the right to use suitable appointed agents to act on its behalf in relation to supplying warranty service for Fujitsu monitors.

To ensure Fujitsu delivers a high level of customer service in relation to providing warranty support, Fujitsu monitor customers are required to provide the warranty service agent with the following when making claims:

  • Customer details (name, address, phone number, etc)
  • Serial number (as per original purchase invoice) and model number
  • Invoice as proof of purchase

Note: This warranty procedure applies to those Fujitsu monitor models currently available, or for which warranty services remain currently available.
