Maintenance
Maintenance services are central to Fujitsu's retail offering.
There are three main operating modes to our services:
- On-site
- Customer Assist Program (CAP)
- Depot
Customers can choose from multiple service level agreements (SLA) associated with each mode, from a two-hour on-site response through next-day service with CAP and depot options, depending on the customer's situation.
Thanks to a centralised call dispatch and resource management system, we are able to get the engineer and the parts to the right location at the right time.
Fujitsu's managed service maintenance capabilities are designed to provide retailers with the services, tools and information they need to systematically reduce the cost of providing and operating their stores' technology infrastructure over the entire life of those assets. This service is offered for most third-party equipment and is typically provided on a 'one-stop-shop' basis.
By implementing more intelligent processes and controls throughout the system's lifecycle, Fujitsu can dramatically improve the competitiveness and efficiency of a store's ongoing operations.
Customer benefits
- Complete support of in-store technology infrastructure
- Long-term reduction of costs through our proven service delivery model
- Simplified management of multiple service providers through a 'one-stop shop' approach
