Core Values
What makes Fujitsu different?
Collaborative relationships - Fujitsu is committed to building long term collaborative relationships with our customers and partners. Our goal is to cultivate win/win outcomes at all stages of the partnership.
These relationships are based on trust generated by transparency in all aspects of our dealings. This is a true two-way business partnership that is driven by doing what is right to create a challenging yet collaborative work environment. We recognise this as an essential building block for success, and Fujitsu has invested in and developed our people to form dedicated, customer-focused teams that are empowered to deliver for the customer.
Operational excellence - We strive for and deliver operational excellence in all aspects of our service delivery. This is based on process-driven consistency across the whole organisation. Customer satisfaction and performance to SLAs are the prime measures of success. We are proud of our track record on behalf of our customers and of the market-leading customer satisfaction that is the result. This is our first priority.
Fujitsu invests in technology and processes that capture accurate, reliable and timely data that we use to ensure we remain the best at what we do, every time.
Cost reduction - Our relationships and processes allow us to drive cost reductions for our customers. We achieve this by using innovative business and commercial models that are designed to create shared risk and reward and to foster a common focus on driving out redundant or low-value activity.
These cost targets are documented in a performance level agreement (PLA). The customer automatically and immediately sees the payback in reduced cost throughout the system lifecycle.
We use and share our operational and financial data to identify targets for cost reduction and have a dedicated team of experts that works with our customers to ensure we reach our goals.
