CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Rod Vawdrey, Fujitsu Australia & New Zealand
Rod joined Fujitsu Australia as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director in 2003, responsible for regional operations across Australia and New Zealand. Since joining, Rod has implemented a strategy to integrate Fujitsu’s business lines in Australia and New Zealand; broaden the capability set; and align its’ services to better meet the needs of an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Rod has over 25 years experience in the ICT industry, working with leaders in State and Federal Government, Health, Education, Retail, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Utilities and Manufacturing. In his immediate past role, Rod was the Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing – Retail Division NCR, with P&L responsibility with several thousand staff across four regions: Americas, EMEA, Japan and Asia Pacific.
Through his association with industry bodies, Rod passionately believes that by supporting programs that focus on developing ICT skills will lead to an improved competitive positioning in the global ICT world stage.

Peter Roberts, BRW
Peter Roberts is a leading writer and commentator on business and management in the fields of innovation, manufacturing and government policy. Peter began his career in journalism at The Australian in Adelaide, and has held a wide variety of editorial and management roles in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Singapore, working mainly for Fairfax publications. In 1999 Peter founded and was CEO of an internet-based procurement service for small, business, Buperspower.com. For four years before returning to Australia in 2003, Peter was Managing Editor, Fairfax Business Media Asia, where he was responsible for launching and managing business titles in South East Asia, India, New Zealand and China.

Tom Dissing, Fujitsu Australia Limited
Tom Dissing is a Principal in Fujitsu’s Consulting team, where he leads the Strategy Practice across Australia and New Zealand. Tom has worked as a consultant in Europe, Asia and Australia and has more than 15 years experience in strategic management consulting. Prior to joining Fujitsu, Tom has worked for Gartner and McKinsey. Tom has assisted several Australian government and commercial clients leverage innovation to realise significant cost savings and service improvement, including the development of business cases.
