Corporate Responsibility Within Our Workplace
Here at Fujitsu we feel every employee should have a healthy and safe working environment, and that they have access to a range of support services to help them cope with life’s challenges. We acknowledge and applaud the diverse society in which we live and our recruitment policies are designed to attract the very best talent from all parts of the community.

People policies
At Fujitsu we want our people to have the appropriate work life balance. We offer a range of family-friendly and related policies to help our people.
Health and safety
We are more than compliant with all prevailing national and international Health and Safety regulations and remain vigilant in all matters concerning the safety of people working both directly and indirectly for us.
People development
Oriented around professional communities, we have implemented learning and development programmes designed to assist our people in growing and opportunity. These resources are augmented by a career-mapping tool, which lets people examine their role-related competencies and review potential career and professional skills development options.
Green Buildings
Fujitsu is committed to a sustainable property industry for Australia by encouraging the adoption of green building practices. We feel new government initiatives will enable large-scale reduction in greenhouse gas emissions for all building types and communities across the country. Fujitsu demonstrates its commitment to sustainable business and the environment through actions that have a meaningful impact. This is exemplified by our new Melbourne headquarters, The Gauge, and the practices we undertake there.
The Gauge is an accredited 6-star Green Star building, meaning its meets the highest environmental standards overseen by Green Building Council Australia. Click here to download PDF.
Green Programs
In 1993, Fujitsu established its first Environmental Protection Program, which outlined the company’s approach to environmental activities around four key areas – products, factories, solutions and people. Wanting to be accountable not simply pay lip service, Fujitsu has been a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index every year since its inception in 1999.
