Award Winner Quotes

David Dicker, Chairman & CEO, Dicker Data, said: “We’re very pleased to be named Fujitsu’s Best Distributor for 2015. We’re seeing strong growth in the Fujitsu portfolio and this result is a reflection of all of the hard work our team has put in.”

Ben Donaldson, Director of PSQ Group, said: “PSQ Group is honoured to receive the Best ETERNUS Partner award in recognition of the work we’ve put into developing a successful partnership with Fujitsu and educating customers in the quality and performance of Fujitsu Storage Products. We see this as just the beginning of a long and successful partnership with Fujitsu, not just in the storage product portfolio, but across all Fujitsu products and services.”

Daniel Williams, Managing Director of PowerNET, said: “We were thrilled to receive the award for Best Business Developer 2015. It affirms our decision to move to Fujitsu and recognises the success we’ve had. It has been a collective effort from our technical and business development team to quickly adopt the Fujitsu product range. The support and guidance offered by the Fujitsu Channel team has been first class, they have enabled us through technical training, business support, marketing and sales support. At PowerNET we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship built on mutual respect and success.’

Sean Murphy, Principal at Nexus IT, said in receiving the Winner of the Best PRIMERGY (Server) Award: “Nexus IT is very pleased to accept the award for our commercial win against all comers, and subsequent implementation of a project code named ‘Ferrari’ (because it goes faster than all of the other solutions).”

Indicative of Fujitsu’s channel initiatives, was the conference business tour. Sean Murphy spent a week with the Fujitsu Australia Channel team in Japan visiting manufacturing facilities and the Fujitsu expo at the Tokyo International Forum centre. Murphy was “blown away by the breadth of innovation that Fujitsu had on display and its leadership position it is taking in IoT, retail and banking, and with software and hardware ecosystems that deliver real outcomes. Point products like the palm scanner for secure access were also fascinating and open new opportunities for Nexus here in Australia”.
