An agile and productive work environment
Fujitsu offers a state-of-the-art working environment that encourages agile working practices and ensures that staff have access to the technology they need to perform at their best. Our offices include ergonomic desks, meeting rooms with the latest presentation technology, as well as quiet and collaborative spaces to ensure that you have the right environment to work.
Learning and Development
Fujitsu is committed to providing learning and development opportunities to its employees. For example in April, Fujitsu launched the new look Management Development Program across Oceania. The Management Development Program prepares attendees to become People Managers and supports them to provide a strong contribution to their teams and the broader business.
At Fujitsu we encourage innovation and we regularly provide staff with opportunities to contribute to the development of new products and services. For an example of these opportunities see the video below of our 2016 Hackathon.
Global Career Opportunities
Being a global company, Fujitsu offers many opportunities for staff to move between countries as they develop their careers. With over 150,000 people worldwide in over 100 countries there are many opportunities to learn and grow.
At Fujitsu we value the rich diversity of our people that comes from bringing together skills and insights regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, values, beliefs, disabilities, sexual preferences and religion. By creating an inclusive workplace environment we want employees to feel that:
We have established Fujitsu Oceania’s Diversity & Inclusion Council in March 2016. The council meets on a regular basis and is chaired by our CEO. Our DI Council members are:
Assisting the Executive Leadership Team with the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies, objectives, policies and initiatives; and reporting progress as we go.
If you have any ideas, questions or concerns, the council members are your trusted go-to point.
Ensuring that there is consistency in terms of the initiatives and strategies we’ll implement across all Delivery Units. They also will build networks across the organisation for people to get engaged in different initiatives.
The Council plays a key role in identifying, advising and driving strategies and initiatives that make Fujitsu a place where the richness of ideas, backgrounds and perspectives of its people can be harnessed for the best for both our employees and of course our customers.
